If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Chameleon software, you may contact us at cs@chameleonco.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund, by providing the following:
Name and e-mail address under which the purchase was made; and
Order-confirmation number as shown on your confirmation e-mail, if received; and
If
you have purchased a single-user license, a confirmation that you have
removed all versions of this Chameleon software product from your
computer and destroyed the Chameleon CD, if received; or
If
you have purchased a multi-user (site) license, a confirmation that you
have removed all versions of this Chameleon software product from your
computers.
Upon
receipt of all of the above applicable to your purchase, we will refund
100% of your purchase price by crediting your credit card account.
